1. Files you convert

Files you upload for conversion are processed in isolated environments and are automatically and permanently deleted shortly after the conversion completes. We do not inspect the contents of your files, share them with third parties, or use them to train any models.

2. Information we collect

To operate your account we collect your name, email address, and authentication details. For paid plans, billing is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

4. Data retention

Converted files are retained only as long as needed to deliver them to you. Account data is retained while your account is active and removed on request after closure, subject to legal obligations.
